Complaints have been filed against Queensland political leaders over the treatment of an aged care nurse in Rockhampton.
The nurse was working at the North Rockhampton Nursing Centre in May whilst infectious with coronavirus.
The complaint is directed at Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk, Health Minister Steven Miles and Chief Health Officer Jeannette Young, where the nurse alleges, she was berated and ridiculed for her actions, which she deems is in breach of the Humans Rights Act.
