The Electoral Commission of Queensland have today announced that over 300,000 Queenslanders have already submitted their postal votes in anticipation of the upcoming state election.
ECQ Commissioner Pat Vidgen says he is encouraged by this trend and is delighted to see Queenslanders utilising the postal voting option.
Mr Vidgen also sings the praises of Australia Post, crediting them with securely delivering and returning more than 900,000 postal votes.
