Tokyo’s revealed its coronavirus alert is at an all-time high as cases increased by 534 on Thursday alone. Governor Yuriko Koike says Japan is on the highest alert level with infections possibly reaching 1,000 cases a day. With the Olympic Games scheduled to be staged in Tokyo next year, Government guidelines are being put in place to mindfully restrict the movements of people without causing economic impact.
