Fiji was hit by Tropical Cyclone Yasa last night in what was one of the strongest storms ever recorded in the southern hemisphere.
More than 300 evacuation centres were full overnight as people took shelter from the category 5 storm.
Authorities and volunteers are just starting to uncover the extent of the damage this morning.
