A local Not-for-profit organisation is allocating apartments to young people in Brisbane as vacancy rates hit 10-year low.

 

Not-For-Profit organisation Brisbane Housing Company is allocating five of their 32 apartments specifically to young people living in transitional housing supported by Brisbane Youth Service, with the aim to move them into long-term homes.

 

The Woolloongabba housing complex will welcome its first tenants from mid to late February, coming after Brisbane reports the lowest vacancy rate amongst rental housing of the decade in last quarter.
