Just a content warning for this next story, as it contains themes of sexual assault.

A third woman has come forward to allege she was sexually assaulted in 2016 by the same political staffer accused of assaulting Brittany Higgins inside Parliament House.

The woman, barely out of school at the time, was assaulted while working as a coalition volunteer, allegedly occurring after a night out drinking with the then-political staffer.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Minister for Defense Senator Linda Reynolds are expected to continue to face more questions about their knowledge and response to Higgin’s complaint during Parliament on Monday.
