A planned $2.1 Billion dollar development of eagle street pier has been appealed in court by the owners of a neighbouring commercial tower.
Neighbouring tower, Riparian Plaza, says the plan has changed significantly since it was approved by the Brisbane City Council late last year, with over 5 thousand square metres of extra floor space added to the development.
Brisbane City Council has not replied to the appeal however a hearing has been scheduled for March 25.
