47 pro-democracy activists are being accused of undermining national security by the Hong Kong Police force before the largest mass arrest since last year.

Their acts of pro-democracy are now being scrutinised under the security law which criminalises acts of subversion, secession, terrorism, and collusion with foreign powers to intervene in Hong Kong’s affairs.

Prior to their previous arrest and release in January, they are currently being detained and scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
