Danila Dilba Health Service launched legal proceedings on 5 March in the Northern Territory Supreme Court over a decision to approve a Dan Murphy's store in Darwin.
The action, being run by Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, calls on the liquor licence approval to be set aside on the basis that the decision failed to properly weigh up the risks and benefits for the community.
