Four Brisbane developments in the inner-city region are under the spotlight as City Hall assesses a deal to relax project development restrictions.
It comes as part of the Brisbane City Council’s Buildings that Breathe initiative and will see limitations like building heights relaxed, in return for developers improving public spaces on the ground.
Projects are to be evaluated closely according to planning committee chair Krista Adams.
