Extinction Rebellion are staging a protest at Eagle St in Brisbane this morning.
The demonstration, occurring outside coal seam gas company Arrow Energy’s offices, is protesting the company's proposal to drill up to 2500 new wells in Queensland.
Extinction Rebellion spokesperson Lee Coaldrake said Australians need to keep governments accountable and ensure governments invest in renewable energy.
