Queensland Health Minister Yvette D’Ath alleged she was groped by an international judge at a conference two years ago.
Ms D'Ath said the alleged sexual assault occurred at Parliament House while she was the Queensland Attorney-General.
The allegation followed Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk moving a motion condemning the harassment and assault of women. The motion has cross-party support.
