Moorooka Ward councillor Steve Griffiths is calling for greater penalties for developers after a pre-1946 home was completely demolished after an agreement was made between the council and the developer that it would only be a partial demolition.
Brisbane City Council says they are investigating the matter, however, Mr Griffiths says the Council is weak in terms with how they enforce this, and even weaker when they come to fining Developers.
