Federal member for Bowman in Redland bay, Andrew Laming, has addressed parliament yesterday about his behaviour.
After undergoing empathy training Laming said he had been misrepresented as a "stalker" and a "taxpayer-funded troll".
Laming addressed the photograph he allegedly took of a woman bending over without her consent as an “entirely appropriate workplace photograph".
