Victorian health officials are reviewing whether further restrictions are needed to respond to a growing COVID-19 outbreak in Melbourne.
The total number of cases in the new cluster is 15 - more cases than the outbreak that prompted Melbourne’s five-day lockdown in February.
Acting Premier James Merlino said he will not rule out taking further action.
