Mass vaccination hubs will open across the state as the government follows states like Victoria and New South Wales.
Fourteen vaccination hubs are set to be opened at locations such as Suncorp Stadium and the RNA Showgrounds.
Government front bencher Mark Bailey said that Queensland is presented with the challenge of distributing the vaccine but the plan has considered this with great detail.
While the rollout is still contingent on the federal government securing enough vaccine doses for the state, Queensland is given an advantage over other states.
