The Bureau of Meteorology says snow could sweep across regions of south east Queensland as Brisbane enters another cold winter.
Forecaster Matt Marshall says the weather shows all the necessary signs for a light sprinkling of snow.
With a wetter-than-usual autumn, likely to continue this winter season, Mr. Marshall is confident above average rainfall will occur.
