Townsville has recorded the highest number of Covid-19 vaccinations in a single day with 1,951 locals attending the public clinic ahead of hosting the State of Origin.
The major sporting event has created over 1,000 jobs for local residents and is anticipated to be a major contribution to Townsville’s local economy.
