Victoria recorded two locally acquired COVID cases linked to the outbreak, which were discovered in tests conducted at state-run sites on Monday.
In its efforts to combat the virus, the Victorian government delivered over 21,000 vaccination doses at medical centres across the state.
There are 300 sites in Melbourne currently listed as exposure zones. With the lockdown set to end at 11:59pm Thursday, many questions remain over recent outbreaks.
