The 2032 Olympics are looking more likely to take place in Brisbane, with a virtual meeting being hosted by the The International Olympic Committee Executive Board later this week with the Future Host commission to discuss the potential Olympic prospects.

Brisbane has already been given the status of being the preferred city for the 2032 Olympics and is a heavy favourite

The Queensland Government submitted their final documents in May, appealing to The Olympic Committee President, John Coates.

The Federal government has agreed to halve the cost of the games with the Queensland Government, which was approved by the committee in the new bidding process.

Brisbane's bid to host the Olympics should only have one hurdle left to clear by the end of the week.
