The International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons released a new report which calls for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization to end its reliance on nuclear weapons.
It asked NATO to enter into the United Nations Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons which was founded in January of this year.
The report wants NATO to become a ‘non-nuclear alliance’ and maintains that there is no legal barrier for countries to enter into the treaty.
