A teenage boy who was crushed by a whale while out fishing off the NSW coast has woken up after being comatosed for over a week.
Eighteen year old Nick Myhill, and his thirty nine year old step father were on an early morning fishing trip off the coast of Narooma, when a whale breached from the water and landed on their small boat leaving the teenager with severe head and neck injuries.
A go fund me page set up to support Nick and his family has raised over twenty two thousand dollars, with his family thanking everyone for their support.
