The Victorian Government announced their plan to create mobile vaccination hubs in Melbourne to help homeless and vulnerable people get vaccinated against Covid-19.
Each pop-up clinic can vaccinate up to forty people a day, and will be visiting homelessness services, drop-in centres, and crisis accommodation facilities.
Each vaccination team includes two community health nurses, a social worker, and a worker who has also experienced homelessness.
