The decade-long on and off development plans for Ipswich CBD have now finally progressed, changing the former ’ghost town’ into a $250 million redevelopment project.
Tenants and locals have had their confidence boosted due to a recently constructed administration building which has greatly increased CBD activity.
The Nicholas Street redevelopment will feature new retail spaces, dining precinct, water features, two libraries, a civic plaza, cinema and go karting track.
