Queensland has recorded 19 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours with 16 of those cases having been locally acquired.
Deputy Premier Steven Miles said in his daily COVID-19 update, that the 16 locally acquired cases have all been linked to the Indooroopilly Delta cluster, which brings the current cluster to 63.
The numbers come after Queensland set a new COVID-19 testing record with 51, 479 tests having been conducted in the past 24 hours.
