The Moreton Bay Regional Council is seeking ideas on a name for their newest suburb.
Mayor Peter Flannery said “its current nickname, ‘Caboolture West’ doesn’t really cut it.”
The council is calling on the local community to help put a name on the map that captures the essence of the area and the future city it will be.
Mr. Flannery says locals can complete a short online survey, from which the Place Naming Committee will compile a recommended list of names for the Council to review.
