Seven Extinction Rebellion protesters have been evicted from National Australia Bank in Brisbane City yesterday.
The Extinction Rebellion group expressed displeasure over NAB’s claims in supporting action on climate change, despite investing $7 billion in fossil fuels.
Police guarded the entry points to the bank as activists unfurled banners outside, sang protest songs and displayed placards of the bank’s record in fossil fuel investments.
