In an Australian music industry first, a ‘no jab, no jive’ rule has been announced today for two of the country’s biggest outback music festivals.

The Outback Music festival Group says the announcement has the safety of patrons, staff, volunteers, and the local outback communities at heart, ensuring all patrons and surrounding remote communities have the best available protection against Covid-19.

The rule will be in place for The Broken Hill Mundi Mundi Bash and Birdsville Big Red Bash from 2022.
