COVID-19 cases from the New South Wales outbreak have been recorded within 20km of the Queensland border.
Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk and Chief Health Officer Jeanette Young both say that it’s only a matter of time before the Delta variant outbreak crosses into Queensland.
