There’s been an update on the suspension of evacuation flights out of Kabul Airport, with Defence Minister Peter Dutton saying all Australian Troops have been withdrawn from Kabul and all flights have been terminated.
This comes after the two suicide bombers attacked crowds outside of Kabul Airport and killed 60 Afghan civilians and 12 US soldiers.
Dutton said all Australians involved in the evacuation operation are safe after the final airlift was completed yesterday before the attacks.
