Several trucks in protest of Covid-19 restrictions have blocked the M1 southbound on the Gold Coast, causing significant delays.
The protest, near exit 86 at Reedy Creek, comes after Queensland recently announced that essential workers, including truck drivers, would need to be vaccinated to cross the border.
Police have asked the trucks to move but they refused, so tow trucks are being called in.
