Waste management company Cleanaway announced their partnership with social enterprise TradeMutt this week, to promote conversations about mental health in the workplace.

Cleanaway’s executive general manager human resources Joh Bigersson said it’s crucial the company provides support in a range of ways to remove the barriers to reach out. 

The company has bought 1000 colourful high-vis shirts from TradeMutt and Mr Bigersson said it’s more than just wearing a loud shirt on Fridays, it’s about creating more spaces for our teams around the country to feel comfortable having a conversation.
