Forum Finance founder Bill Papas has been accused of orchestrating a four hundred million dollar fraud.
Westpac and two other lenders have brought civil proceedings against Papas, claiming he has forged signatures of managers.
New South Wales Police are separately investigating the claims against the Australian managed services provider.
