Plans for a 1950’s American style diner is due to open in Chermside
The development will take place at the corners of Abarth St, Wallace St and Gympie road on a 2897 square metre site.
However, the site is currently occupied by a house, florist, bike shop, hairdresser and electronics store which could face demolition if the plans proceed.
