Gold coast business have expressed disappointment in Queensland Premier Annastasia Palaszczuk.
Locals say the premier didn't take time to speak with business owners during her recent trip to the Queensland New South Wales border.
Co-organiser of the Cooly Collective Sam Beau-Patrick says, “We want dialogue directly with the person who's making these impacts on our livelihoods and our families.”
The premier’s office has not responded to the ABC’s attempt for a response.
