A milestone is in the horizon as Northern Territory’s Arnhem Space Centre is set for a mid 2022 launch.
This historical NASA project is special as it will be the first time the American space organisation will send a commercial launchpad outside U.S soil.
NASA scientists have been working with Gumatj locals in north east Arnhem land to build the centre as they prepare for future launches. Up to 40 Gumatj workers will be employed by NASA for ongoing employment.
