Queensland will be reopen to all other Australian states by Christmas, as health authorities urge all Queenslanders to get vaccinated before then.

Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has announced November 19 as the date given for Queensland to hit 70% of its population fully vaccinated at which point travel would be allowed again from hotspots with some conditions.

December 17 has been locked in as the expected date for 80% of people double-dosed, which would see a further easing of restrictions.
