The Australian Government is under pressure to tighten kangaroo culling laws as insiders criticise the program’s sustainability. 

The program designed to manage an abundance of kangaroos has recently come under fire as questions are arising regarding how many kangaroos are being culled. 

New South Wales Parliament’s Planning and Environment Committee are calling for the Auditor General to assess whether the New South Wales Government is breaching the legal requirements of the Biodiversity Act.
