A gold coast based rocket company could soon be sending bushfire detecting satellites into space.
In talks with the Australian Space Agency and the Canadian Government, the local company is on track to launch its first rocket later this year.
The technology will be able to detect bushfires, help fertilise crops and improve phone and internet coverage.
