4ZZZ was literally built by its community and now, five decades later, it is still primarily funded by you - our subscribers! Being Fiercely Independent results in no shortage of precarity, but it is this autonomy that allows us to create radio you won't hear anywhere else.
We’ve built a Fiercely Independent community of thousands of volunteers, artists and listeners who keep the spirit of community and people powered radio alive.
