AGM
The 2024 Annual General Meeting of Creative Broadcasters Ltd. will be held on the 12th of November, 2024 at The Triffid.
Date: 12th of November 2024
Time: 7:00pm (arrivals from 6:30pm)
Where: The Triffid, 7/9 Stratton St, Newstead, QLD, 4006
4ZZZ subscribers are invited to attend with a reminder you must have an active subscription to vote at the AGM.
There are vacancies for
- two Director positions
- one Secretary positions
Nominations for positions close on Tuesday October 29th at 7:00pm.
If you cannot attend the Annual General Meeting you may appoint another person (who needs to be a 4ZZZ Subscriber) to vote on your behalf.
The Proxy form must be submitted to the office of 4ZZZ or emailed to agm@4zzz.org.au by 7pm Sunday 10th November 2024.
