US President Donald Trump has announced a plan to ban flavoured e-cigarettes after an increase in vaping-related deaths.
There have been six deaths and 450 cases of lung illness connected to vaping across 33 states in America
US Health Secretary Alex Azar said the Food and Drug Administration plans to remove all non-tobacco flavours from the market.

Labor targets Chinese-born Australian MP Gladys Liu
The first Chinese-born Australian MP Gladys Liu was targeted by the Labor party over whether she was a "fit and proper" person for parliament.
The shadow attorney general, Mark Dreyfus led the attack over Liu’s alleged connection to the Chinese communist party.
Liu said, "I am a proud Australian, passionately committed to serving the people of Chisholm, and any suggestion contrary to this is deeply offensive".

A community rallies to pressure the council to install traffic lights
A community rally will be held today in Bulimba to pressure the council to install traffic lights at Riding Road after two schoolgirls were injured while crossing.
Morningside Councillor Kara Cook said, “the girls are among hundreds of students at the nearby Morningside State School who use the crossing regularly. It’s also heavily used by adults and children to access Hawthorne Park”.
Locals have been fighting to install traffic lights at the intersection for 14 years with at least six serious pedestrian crashes and a fatality in recent years.

Townsville’s Tobin Fish Tales will represent Queensland at the National Fish and Chips Awards after fighting off tough competition from across the state.
Minister for Agricultural Industry Development and Fisheries, Mark Furner says shops in the top five spanned from Redland City to Brisbane, and Gold Coast to Townsville, but Tobin Fish Tales came out on top.
The shop owners, Andrew and Renae Toin have PhDs in fisheries and have been licenced to fish in Queensland for over twenty years.

Bolton exit follows discussion of Trump -Rounhani meeting
US President Donald Trump and his top officials may ease sanctions on Iran on Monday, in order to meet with Iran’s president, Hassan Rounhani.
According to an account by Bloomberg News, national security adviser, John Bolton argued against the meeting the day before his departure from the White House.
Trump said Mr Bolton was not getting along with people in the administration.
“He made some very big mistakes,” the President said.
Treasure Cay prepares for Hurricane Dorian clean-up
Treasure Cay faces the challenge of recovery and clean-up following Hurricane Dorian.
Local chef Antone Dames says he and his family worked hard to open the Italian bistro, and now they have to start it again from the bottom.
Humanitarian Aid and Rescue Project volunteer Jim Keady said the infrastructure is completely clobbered, especially electricity and water.
“You have so many people who have left the island that we now have another wave of climate refugees,” Mr Keady said.
NAPLAN Review terms outlined
The Queensland, New South Wales and Victorian Governments have organised for a review into NAPLAN with the Education Council to take place tomorrow.
The review will consider how accurate the test is assessing the student and system performance.
Queensland Education Minister Grace Grace said the government must ensure that national testing remains relevant and credible.
