Premier defends slow progress of Queensland's $60m museum plan

Annastacia Palaszczuk defends the slow progress of Queensland's museum plan almost 4 years after the premier promised to raise $60m to secure the old museums future. Initially the historic building was recommended to be sold or leased to a university to which the government rejected in late 2019 as it was questioned whether the venues "huge rambling halls" could be properly utilised for tertiary education.

Film Review: Sony Pictures presents Dream Horse (2020)

Dream Horse, directed by Euros Lyn and starring Toni Collete, is a feel good flick that is designed to warm your heart with its simplicity. The film starts in a way that most comedy drama films start, the protagonist wakes up in the morning and the audience starts to see what a day in the life of Jan Vokes, Collete, looks like. Jan lives on a farm and the more the audience watches her day unfold, we start to see more of how she interacts with her community and her place in the world.

KESMAR: Forever Holiday

- Sometimes a cool, fresh breeze is the best change you could ask for. KESMAR is something of the musical equivalent of that. It’s certainly a change for Nathan Hawes, taking the folk, singer-songwriter shtick that got him on The Voice and sixty thousand social media followers and turning it on its ear. Goodbye acoustic guitar and long, flowing locks, hello short and sensible hair and grown-up, coastal elite grooves.
