The Distained
The Distained are four Ipswich high schoolers lashing out with a vicious intent. In a brutal pursuit, with an energy and enthusiasm that is synonymous with youth, they have abolished age as a barrier while inciting neighbourly noise complaints with their border crossover of skatepunk, pushing into the realms of thrash. They command a spiteful authority over their music that is beyond their years, forging hard on their craft as to not disrespect or dishonour the genre. We are The Distained, disciples of Thrash and Destroy.

Superordinary
Superordinary is a multi-arts space based in Northshore Brisbane.
They provide affordable space for artists to create work, show work and collaborate by reclaiming urban spaces.
Superordinary repurposes urban space for arts projects, events and artist development. In their most evocative project to date, they have commandeered a 1700 square metre industrial warehouse and matching outdoor courtyard to home a plethora of event spaces, galleries, kitchen, bar, markets, artist studios and pop-up installations. A hub, a melting pot, a boiling over, a home base, a launch pad.
