Indie rockers Revolver emerged from the wilds north of Brisbane, their heads buzzing with the guitar-driven anthems and melodic hooks of Britrock.
Following the irresistible power pop of their debut single Some Days, which received airplay on 4ZZZ and was launched with a blockbuster gig at The Cave Inn, Revolver drop Yeah Yeah Yeah, a lush, soaring pop-rock ballad with hints of psychedelia.
Obsessed with Oasis, raving about Radiohead, the band takes inspiration from the likes of the Beatles and beyond, courtesy of U2, R.E.M. and the angular garage pop of the Strokes.

Hotchkiss are a local Brisbane band who make emo-tinged shoegaze music, pairing fuzzy, reverb-soaked guitars with a blend of sample-based electronics and heartfelt lyricism.

Presented by 4ZZZ, on Saturday 24th October 2026 there will be 13 bands once again cloaking the hills of Roma Street Parklands with music, stalls, and that incredible community spirit. Two stages, no crossovers, open to all-ages and running from midday to 10pm.

With an unbelievable lineup featuring Mudhoney, Barkaa, The Mark of Cain, Custard, Cash Savage and the Last Drinks, Shonen Knife, I Heart Hiroshima, Still Full From Lunch, Baby Cool, Mitch, Please, Super Hotel, Dem More and Tape Off, this is absolutely not one to miss.

Did you catch Kihi, Jimmy and Tabatha out at NAIDOC the 4077 Way Inala Family Fun Day on Wednesday? They ran a 4ZZZ stall chatting all about 4ZZZ, how to get involved and submit music. Plus, the hit of the day was the drum machine so people attending the celebration could come by the stall and have a go making their own music. 

The Family Fun Day was a celebration of culture, community, connection and 50 Years of NAIDOC. It was such a special event with cultural performances, amusement rides, and various community stalls.
