Front Line Action on Coal continues their campaign.
On Tuesday the 9th of January, two volunteers locked themselves inside a barrel filled with concrete across a railway line in Bowen which leads to Adani's Abbot Point port. The volunteers from Front Line Action on Coal are blocking the Aurizon railway in a continued campaign against the use of coal and the proposed Adani Carmichael coal mine. 4ZZZ Reporter Jack McDonnell spoke to Ed from Front Line Action on Coal about this direct action and their plans for the ongoing campaign.

Johaan Kaa lost both his hands and feet to meningococcal septicaemia. He now goes around Queensland visiting schools and inspiring children. Now he has been chosen to be a baton bearer for the Commonwealth Games. 4ZZZ reporter Demi Lynch reports.

Queer Radio interview with Jayde Westaby, "Tanya" in "Mamma Mia"
Jayde Westaby is currently lighting up the Lyric Theatre at the Qld Performing Arts Complex as "Tanya" in the world-wide phenomenon that is "Mamma Mia", featuring the music of ABBA.
Tanya spoke with Queer Radio presenter Blair Martin and they share a liking for a similar "hot" moment from the show, one that ends with the question, "Does Your Mother Know?"
